Ventures are youth members aged from 15-17 years.  Small groups are called Crews and are led by the Venture Executive, made up of Ventures themselves.  They plan, organise and prep for their own meetings, camps and activities supported by Adult Scouters. They learn to take on the responsibility for planning camps and organising venues, transport, gear and budgeting – all while supporting each other and building friendships.

Ventures will be invited to Group and County planning sessions and may take part in National teams and events.
