When Robert Baden-Powell publsihed “Scouting for Boys” in January 1908, boys all over Britain and Ireland began to meet in “Patrols” to try out the various activities. B-P never intended to start a new separate Movement; rather it was the boys of the world who started Scouting, as we know it today.

Family Quiz Fundraiser

Get ready for an afternoon of fun and friendly competition at the Family Quiz Fundraiser in aid of the 7th Louth Coastal Scouts! The event will take place on Sunday, November 10th, 2024, from 3 PM to 5 PM at the Clogherhead Community Centre.
