🎃Halloween Ideas 2025

Halloween is one of the most exciting times of the year for our Scouts and Cubs! It’s a chance to get creative, have some spooky fun, and work together as a group. Here are some ideas for each section to enjoy this Halloween: For Beavers and Cubs (Ages 6–9): For Scouts (Ages 9–12):

Scouting Together – Adult Scouter Training

A Great weekend Spent with great people all with one thing in common, to provide for our youth members through Non Formal Education and hopefully as Scouters bring back useful bits of information that we can impart and implement elements of this training within our various groups within the Louth Region.

Camp North East 2025

Over the May Bank Holiday weekend, Scouts from across the North East came together at Causey Farm for an unforgettable mix of adventure, friendship, and fun. From bog jumping and animal encounters to campfires and team challenges, the camp captured the very best of Scouting spirit in the heart of County Meath.

SPECTRE 2025

Air activities themed event for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Ventures and Rovers. Scouting Ireland in partnership with the Irish Air Corps are running SPECTRE 2025.

A Brief History of Scouting

When Robert Baden-Powell publsihed “Scouting for Boys” in January 1908, boys all over Britain and Ireland began to meet in “Patrols” to try out the various activities. B-P never intended to start a new separate Movement; rather it was the boys of the world who started Scouting, as we know it today.

Happy Christmas from 7th Louth Coastal Scout Group. All Sections across our group have now finished up for the festive period. See you in 2026. Enjoy the break and festivities 🎅🏻🎄🎅🏻🎄. Have a great New Year
