Rovers are young adult members aged from 18-26 years. Rovers will organise their meetings to suits their work and college schedules. Their activities are still rooted in the principles of Scouting and geared to allow development as active citizens.
Rovers will plan hikes, camps at home and abroad and may take on challenges such as The Chief Scout Award. This award is aligned with the Gaisce Award. Rovers can also be Adult Scouters. All members aged 18 and over are Garda vetted and must complete Child Protection Training.
